1. If a display contains information that I find offensive or incorrect, should I notify VotersManual.com?

If you wish to share your thoughts with us, you are always welcome to use the
Contact Us form. However, the content of the displays is owned by and the sole responsibility of the Candidates, Issue Committees, or Third Party customers. With the exception of FCC guidelines for appropriate language, pictures and videos, we cannot censor their opinions in any way.

2. Are there limitations to what I can say and what candidate/issue I can endorse or oppose.

Depending upon your status or the status of your organization, there may be limitations to your First Amendment Rights.
It is your responsibility to research any limitations that may apply to you or your organization. Please perform your own due diligence prior to your
enrollment.

Yes, you can edit your account at any time.

4. What criteria does VotersManual.com use when putting Candidates, Issue Committees and Third Party customers in order on the search results?
|
|
|
First, the electoral level is used to separate Federal, State, District, County, Township, Municipality and Local School Board. Below the electoral level, the order is determined on a first come, first served basis. The earliest customers to sign-up are at the top of each list.

5. Can I, or my organization, endorse or oppose multiple candidates and/or issues?

Yes. There are no limitations to the number of Candidates / Issues you can endorse or oppose.
|

6. Why don't I see my images or external link once I've published
my listing with VotersManual?
|
|
|
Images and external links are subject to VotersManual approval. Every image and
external link will be reviewed by the VotersManual team to ensure that the
content is relevant to your listing and meets the standard FCC guidelines.
Likewise, we want to perform due diligence for the voting public who uses
VotersManual.com and we do our best to make sure that external links posted
don't send the voting public to a harmful or distasteful site.

7. My pictures are too big or too small when displayed. How do I fix this?
|
|
|
VotersManual.com does not manipulate your pictures in any way. You will need to
re-size your pictures using picture editing software. (i.e. Microsoft Paint
or Apple Core Image) We've found the ideal sizes for pictures are: Banner shape
- 800 x 200 pixels or Portrait shape - 480 x 640
pixels
